Participants will gain hands-on knowledge on brewing kombucha from start to finish, learn essential food safety practices to ensure their brew remains healthy, and discover new herb and fruit pairings. Attendees will leave with practical skills, their personal SCOBY and starter kit, a fresh batch of kombucha, and printed brewing instructions for future use. A complimentary bottle of kombucha will also be included!
The workshop will primarily be conducted in English, with assistance from a native Greek speaker available for translations.
