Why Participate in the 21 Days of Kundalini Awakening?
This is a unique opportunity for self-discovery and spiritual growth. From January 27th (Monday) 2025 to February 16th (Sunday) 2025 at 1:45 AM, individuals can join the 21-day Kundalini Awakening community on YouTube & Zoom. For those unable to attend live sessions, recordings will be available daily. Additionally, there will be supplemental workshops on Sundays to facilitate real-time interaction and learning. This program utilizes the gentle yet powerful methods of Sahaja Yoga Meditation, aimed at awakening the Kundalini energy, fostering emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Participants may experience the subtle vibrations of energy and enhanced awareness as they engage in this transformative practice.
No previous experience with meditation or Kundalini is required.
Who is Behind the Course?
The course is organized by a dedicated team of Sahaja Yoga meditation volunteers with decades of experience in teaching this transformative technique. Sahaja Yoga was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970, aiming to reconnect individuals with divine consciousness and facilitate true meditation. This approach to meditation is available in over 100 countries and is offered free of charge.
How to Participate?
Individuals can access the sessions via the Zoom link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/4141417171. The same link will be active throughout the entire duration of the course.
Links to the course's YouTube channel will be shared prior to the start date.
What If a Session is Missed?
If a participant is unable to attend a session, support will be provided during individual sessions on Sundays. Recorded sessions will also be available on the dedicated YouTube channel.
