Audience members are welcome to experience a complimentary performance of Laugh Out Loud: Live, hosted by Ali Hassan. This live show features some of Canada’s top comedians including Martha Chaves and Ryan Dillon. Martha is known for her roles on CBC's Because News and the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, while Ryan has appeared on CBC's The Debaters and was recognized as a finalist in SiriusXM's Top Comic competition.

This special performance is part of CBC Toronto's Make the Season Kind campaign, an initiative to support the Daily Bread Food Bank by addressing local food insecurity.

Doors will open at 10:45 a.m. ET at the Glenn Gould Studio. Admission is free, and attendees are encouraged to consider making a donation to support the food bank. Representatives from Daily Bread Food Bank will be present to accept non-perishable food items, cash, or electronic donations.

This year, the food bank is experiencing a significant rise in the need for assistance, with visits surpassing 3.49 million in the past year. The Make the Season Kind initiative aims to provide essential food support during the winter months.

Last year, CBC Toronto successfully raised over a million dollars for food banks in the Greater Toronto Area, contributing to CBC's overall mission which has gathered more than $51 million for charitable efforts since 2015.
