Program Overview (Daily 9.00am to 5.00pm)
Day 1: Exploration of market dynamics and global influences affecting the Ports and Terminals sector. Leaders will discuss strategies to achieve performance goals while understanding business drivers in shipping and resource distribution.
Day 2: Strategies for sustainable development considering stakeholders' diverse expectations. The focus will be on creating a customer-centric organizational mindset and revisiting concepts relevant to corporate strategy and human resource development.
Day 3: Emphasis on innovation across various functions, including operations and human resources. Discussions on innovative financing and human resource management will aid in fostering high-performance teams.
Day 4: Leaders will learn to implement the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) for aligning strategic objectives with execution. The BSC focuses on financial, customer, internal processes, and learning & growth perspectives vital for achieving organizational success.
Day 5: Participants will examine the qualities needed to lead organizations into the future, exploring successful case studies of prominent international operators and the significance of motivating teams through reforms and innovative practices.
Project Report
Upon completing the program, participants will undertake a project relevant to the Ports and Terminal industry and submit it for evaluation after three months.
Eligibility for Certified Global Ports Manager (CGPM)
This certification is awarded based on a review by leading experts in the industry. Participants will prepare a project report, leading to the CGPM title once approved.
