Reflections on New Year's and Meditation by the Founder of Sahaja Yoga - Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
As the New Year approaches every year, it invites reflection beyond celebrations and new clothes. It encourages contemplation on the change that individuals can make in their lives and communities. In Sahaja Yoga, it's vital for participants to consider what new steps they can take within their meditation practice. Engaging deeply with meditation opens pathways to personal and collective growth. The New Year serves as an opportunity to examine pressing questions facing humanity and to seek solutions.

In-person meditation gatherings are also cherished, concluding with a two-day retreat post-course. Sahaja Yoga classes are available in various cities, and additional options will be provided following the course completion.
