Welcome to Sky Assembly Indonesia 2024!
This gathering promises a day filled with joy, friendship, and unique experiences. Attendees will convene at Apiary Coworking Space (Puri) on Saturday, December 7, 2024, beginning at 09:00 WIB (session 1) and 13:00 WIB (session 2).
During Sky Assembly Indonesia 2024, participants will:
- Make new friends related to the Sky games.
- Engage in Sky-related activities.
- Experience the Meditation Temple in a full-scale experience!
- Complete Daily Missions in the real world.
- Enjoy unforgettable memories.
- Show the world that love and care extend beyond the Sky realm.
- Have the opportunity to take home exciting and tasty treats!
The event will last for approximately 4 hours in each session, with both sessions featuring the same schedule and experiences!
Reservation Instructions:
- Prepare participant information for each ticket, including full name, email, phone number, age, allergy history, and social media accounts.
- Reservations should only be made for one of the available sessions. Duplicate reservations may lead to cancellation.
- Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, who must also register.
- A waiting list feature will be available once the registration fills up, but it does not guarantee participation for those on the list.
Event Regulations:
- Spread kindness and warmth among fellow Sky Assembly participants.
- Please maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
- Adhere to health protocols in place.
- Arrive on time (30 minutes before the event starts) and according to your registered session.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted except for small water bottles.
- Prohibited items include large or hazardous props that could interfere with the event.
- Dress appropriately, whether in casual clothing or cosplay.
- Respect one another during the event; disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
By making a reservation, participants also agree to the following:
- Comply with the Organizer's instructions and event guidelines.
- Acknowledge that photos, recordings, and/or videos could be taken during the gathering, granting TGC permission to use them for promotional purposes.
