About YINSOMA:

YINSOMA is a comprehensive practice that integrates various modalities aimed at improving physical, mental, and emotional health. It particularly focuses on supporting the nervous system and incorporates fascial relief techniques to engage deep connective tissue.

A key objective of YINSOMA is for individuals to recognize and understand their physical and emotional requirements. By incorporating elements of Yin Yoga, it fosters a meaningful connection with oneself, addressing both bodily and emotional concerns. Breathwork is essential in guiding energy and focus, enriching the overall experience; sound healing is also included in each YINSOMA session.

Intuitive movements further enhance the practice, helping participants to better comprehend their bodies and its signals. YINSOMA aids in reducing stress and releasing both physical and emotional barriers, thereby enhancing the bond between body and mind.

Ultimately, YINSOMA provides a holistic experience that aligns the physical, mental, and emotional components of wellness, promoting a greater sense of self-awareness.
