It is important to note that registration is valid for couples. Specific instructions will be sent via the confirmation email.
The workshop will cover topics such as the birthing process and care for both the mother and the newborn. Physical exercise sessions and a tour of the maternity ward are also included in the program.
Schedule
The sessions will take place over a complete weekend, according to the following times:
Saturday: from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
Sunday: from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Fee
350 CHF. An invoice will be sent later.
Basic health insurance reimburses up to 150 CHF for courses related to childbirth. For additional reimbursement, participants should inquire with their supplementary insurance.
