If participants are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, they can cancel up to three days prior for a voucher redeemable for future workshops. Cancellations within three days are non-refundable. If the workshop is cancelled by organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, a voucher will also be issued. Please note that monetary refunds are not provided.
