In Belize, participants have the unique opportunity to learn an ancient abdominal therapy technique, originally taught to Dr. Rosita Arvigo by traditional healers. Dr. Arvigo, a doctor of Naprapathy, has developed these methods to aid in healing digestion and reproductive health, while providing a deep understanding of this sacred practice.

Eva Sengfelder will lead a professional-level class, ATP1: Abdominal Therapy For Professionals: Part 1 at the scenic Arco Iris Permaculture Farm, home to Rainforest Remedies.

This four-day class emphasizes the front aspect of Abdominal Therapy as outlined by the Abdominal Therapy Collective, Inc. (ATC) and adopts a holistic approach to treatment that encompasses mind, body, and spirit. It welcomes all qualified therapists familiar with anatomy and physiology who can legally perform massage in their respective regions.

Throughout this engaging course, participants will gain the skills necessary to apply and share Dr. Rosita Arvigo's anterior techniques. Instruction will feature hands-on demonstrations, peer treatment exercises, and thorough discussions on anatomy related to abdominal therapy.

Upon completing the course, attendees will be equipped to work with clients and teach the unique 'Your Abdominal Massage' (YAM) for ongoing health benefits.

The total cost for the class is $1950, with flexible payment plans available upon request. This fee includes all required course materials, accommodation, daily meals, snacks, beverages, airport shuttle service, a day excursion, and access to amenities including a pool and herbal trail.

Eva Maria Sengfelder, a Certified Massage Therapist and Certified Abdominal Therapist, has been living in Belize for nearly 30 years and has collaborated with Dr. Arvigo for 18 years. Along with her husband Tobias, she owns Arco Iris Farm and has partnered with a local Maya family to produce Rainforest Remedies since 2015.
