What about in-person gatherings? The organization offers in-person classes in various cities, along with a retreat at the end of the 21-day course. More details will be shared after the course concludes.
What purpose does the WhatsApp group serve? After the New Year meditation, it will support the 21-day course by providing resources, event updates, and recaps of previous sessions.
