What is Beach Club? The Island is the world's first floating beach club, designed to mirror the luxurious beach clubs of destinations like the South of France.

How can guests get to The Island? The Island offers a private water taxi service from Double Bay Wharf, included with the package. Pre-arrangements are necessary for drop-offs from personal boats.

Where does the water taxi depart? For weekend festivities, water taxis operate from either Man O'War Steps or Double Bay Wharf. Specific details regarding water taxi locations will be provided for each event.

What is the refund policy? All packages are non-refundable, as the high demand for tickets leads to limited availability, making refunds impossible.

Is swimming allowed at The Island? Yes! Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool located in the harbor, but must bring their own swimwear and towels.

Can attendees leave before the event ends? The water taxi operates a shuttle service every 30 minutes to Double Bay Wharf, allowing guests to leave at their convenience.

Are visible tattoos permitted? Tattoos deemed offensive or gang-related are not allowed.

What happens if it rains? The Island remains open even in wet weather, featuring an extendable roof and wind protection. Only dangerous conditions could lead to event cancellations.

Can guests bring a cake for celebrations? Unfortunately, outside cakes are not permitted on board due to kitchen limitations, but the bar team can assist in creating special cocktail presentations if desired.
