EA Tracktwenty and We in Games Finland invite attendees to a morning filled with a delightful breakfast and informative discussions focused on DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) practices. The gathering is scheduled for December 4th, 2024, at the EA Tracktwenty office located at Keskuskatu 7, 00100 Helsinki.
Schedule:
8:30 AM – Doors Open (participants should be ready to sign an NDA) and breakfast is served.
9:00–9:15 AM – Opening remarks by the Studio GM.
9:15–9:50 AM – Insights into DEI Philosophy at EA presented by Studio Leadership:

9:50–10:00 AM – Q&A Session
10:00 –10:30 AM – Networking opportunities.

As seating is limited, early registration is encouraged, with a deadline of November 27th.
