Program Summary
Day One: Fundamental Program
Participants will learn the basics of the methodology, introducing them to the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® tool. They will understand how to use various tools, including flow theory, establishing ground rules, etiquette, common pitfalls, and many applications in different scenarios that will enable hand-brain connections. Theory will be integrated with practice.
Day Two: Teams and Groups
The second day focuses on exploring individual identities while also personalizing the tool for all types of workshops or processes, including team workshops.
Day Three: Landscape and System Development for Teams and Groups
The third day will teach participants how to use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® with identity kits and landscapes to recreate 3D models that illustrate complex environments where elements like teams and projects, as well as other associated systems, interact, allowing for real-time "play." They will learn to design their workshops for optimal implementation.

2. Certification accredited by a SPG Europe® Master Trainer in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodologies and materials.
