Reflections on New Year & Meditation by the Founder of Sahaja Yoga - Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
As the New Year arrives each year, many engage in traditional celebrations without necessarily reflecting on new beginnings. In Sahaja Yoga, members are called to contemplate what new commitments they can undertake in their practice. It's essential to consider broader societal issues worthy of introspection and the collaborative pursuit of solutions through meditation.
Participants will have the opportunity to join a 21-day meditation course, which will include a 2-day retreat after completion. Sahaja Yoga also offers in-person classes in various locations following the online program.
A WhatsApp group will be established for support during the 21-day course, providing resources and updates regarding daily sessions and shared learning experiences.
