Reflections on New Year & Meditation by the Founder of Sahaja Yoga - Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
The New Year arrives annually, but the true essence of celebrating it often eludes understanding. While people may focus on festivities and new attire, it is crucial to consider what new practices can be adopted in Sahaja Yoga. As participants deepen their meditation practice, it is vital to reflect on new aspirations for the coming year. Connecting meditation with global issues encourages thoughtful solutions for collective challenges.
Is this a one-time session? A free 21-day meditation course will be available starting Saturday, 25th January 2025, at 8:45 PM daily.
What about in-person meditation? Meeting and meditating together is cherished. A two-day meditation retreat will occur after the 21-day course concludes, along with in-person classes in various cities offered thereafter.
What is the WhatsApp group for? This group is established to support participants during the upcoming 21-day guided meditation course, providing resources, updates, and recaps of previous sessions.
