Payment Schedule:

- All remaining balances due by June 15, 2025, no exceptions
Travel Policies:
- Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
- A passport is mandatory for this trip.
- Registration must match the name on the passport.
- Travel Insurance is an option through Allianz Insurance.
- Flight details must be provided 30 days prior to departure.
- If flight details are not submitted, self-arranged transportation is required.
- Early deposit payment ensures current pricing.
- Rates may increase.
- Failure to meet payment schedules may result in cancellation and forfeiture of funds.
- Timely payment from all roommates is essential to avoid higher rates.
- A late fee of $50 applies for payments after the final deadline (NO EXCEPTIONS).
