Each year invites contemplation on how to address challenges that affect both the nation and the world, fostering solutions through collective meditation.
Will this be a one-off meditation session? No, a free 21-day meditation course will start on Saturday, January 25th, 2025, at 10:45 PM, using the same Zoom link provided above.
Are there opportunities for in-person meditation? Yes, there are plans for a two-day meditation retreat following the 21-day course. Additionally, Sahaja Yoga meditation offers in-person classes in various cities, to be shared upon completion of the course.
