In a previous journey in Bali during 2024, participants engaged in cleansing, singing, movement, and offering prayers to the sacred waters. In that revered environment, a significant shift occurred—an understanding deeply rooted in the power of water.
A collective pledge was made to respect waters in their homes and globally. This commitment focused on ongoing learning and teaching the sacred traditions of water, taking on the role of guardians for this vital element.
Now, participants are invited to join this journey on the lands of the Chorotega people in Costa Rica. This week-long adventure will include cleansing, dancing, singing, and accessing their creative depths. Together, they will create rituals for healing and joy, embodying the forces of flow and flame to awaken their self-expression. There will be opportunities for deep rest and support for local projects aimed at protecting waters and wildlife.

Suzanne Sterling has over 25 years of experience as a transformative leader globally, intertwining ritual, music, and activism to bring about significant change. As an innovative teacher, she has empowered numerous individuals in self-expression, leadership, and social justice, spreading her wisdom and creativity worldwide.
