2024 Southeast Community Health Worker Network Summit
Theme: Empowering and Elevating Communities
The upcoming Southeast Community Health Worker Network Summit aims to gather Community Health Workers (CHWs) from the Southeast region to recognize their contributions, share effective strategies, and discuss prevalent challenges in their communities. The main goal of the SE CHW Network is to foster collaboration among members to advocate collectively for the CHW profession.
The mission of the network is to enhance the impact of the CHW profession while promoting health equity in the Southeastern United States, comprising states like Kentucky, Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Louisiana, and Florida. The network facilitates regular interactions among representatives from these states.
The network's strength is rooted in its diversity and wide representation across the region. By coming together, they aim to bring visibility to the meaningful work of CHWs and ensure the profession's sustainability future. This gathering is an unmissable opportunity!

Early-Bird tickets: CHW $80.00 / Ally $120.00 (ENDED)
General Admission tickets: CHW $100.00 / Ally $140.00 (Sales end November 29th)

Georgia CHW Hometown Heroes: The summit seeks to honor dedicated CHWs serving Georgia communities. Interested individuals can fill out a form or share the opportunity with deserving CHWs. Nominate Hometown Heroes of Georgia
CHW Scholarships Available: There are limited scholarships for registration fee waivers and lodging support for CHWs. Those interested should apply soon, as slots are filling quickly. Note that support will cover half of the hotel costs, which applicants must pay upfront and will be reimbursed for after the summit.
