This interactive session will allow participants to explore a new tool and its methodologies aimed at enhancing team engagement and well-being.

Participants will learn about this new tool developed through a research project at Università LUMSA, aimed at improving engagement and well-being within organizations. This portion will feature insights from the project's Scientific Committee.

🔹 Practical Workshop:
Join an interactive session led by trainers from Omnia to directly explore innovative methodologies designed to motivate and enhance team performance (a Lego kit awaits you!).

🔹 Networking Happy Hour:
An informal moment to discuss ideas and build professional relationships with the Scientific Committee, trainers, and fellow HR professionals.
