This two-day course aims to equip individuals with the necessary skills to become recognized Health and Safety Representatives in their workplaces. Participants will learn about effective worker participation and engagement, along with essential strategies and tools for fulfilling their role effectively.
Target Audience:
The course is ideal for those appointed as Health and Safety Representatives in their organizations, as well as anyone interested in understanding the requirements associated with this position.
Learning Outcomes
- Gain insight into the main duty holders and their responsibilities under the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015.
- Learn to identify and highlight connections between low productivity and health and safety practices.
- Develop strategies to minimize injury costs, occurrences, and the need for rehabilitation.
