All registration fees are considered non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
Participants are responsible for arranging their visas (if needed), accommodation, meals, and transportation during the conference.
After registration and confirmation of payment, a standard invitation letter will be dispatched within 3 business days.

Any corrections needed due to minor errors in the invitation letter will incur a fee of US$50.

For visa purposes, invitation letters can be provided. Please be aware that registration fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Additionally, conference-related documents are made available to facilitate visa applications, although no direct visa assistance will be provided.
