Program Overview:
Day One: Fundamental Program
Participants will learn the foundational knowledge of the methodology, introducing them to the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® tool. They will discover how to utilize various tools, including flow theory, rules for setting up the play field, etiquette, avoidance of pitfalls, along with numerous applications in various scenarios that foster a hand-brain connection. Theoretical aspects will be intertwined with practical experiences.
Day Two: Teams and Groups
The second day immerses participants into the process, exploring individual identity while embedding the concept of personalizing the tool for all types of workshops or processes, including team workshops.
Day Three: Landscape and System Development for Teams and Groups
The final day enables participants to understand how to use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® with identity and landscape kits to recreate 3D models illustrating complex environments where elements such as teams and projects, along with associated systems, interact, allowing for real-time "play." Participants will learn to design their workshops for flawless execution.
The program includes:
1. Manual and piece kit to start designing and developing workshops immediately!
2. Accredited training certification by an SPG Europe® Master Trainer in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodologies and materials.
3. Inclusion and registration in the global list of certified LSP facilitators.
4. Lunches and snacks/coffee breaks either on-site or nearby for better time management.
5. Communication strategy covering ideas and tools to develop your practice and initiate workshops, with professional guidance to confidently enter the market as a facilitator.
6. Unlimited post-course support and advice for effectively applying newly acquired knowledge.
