Program Overview
Day One: Fundamental Program
Participants will learn the foundational knowledge of the methodology. This training will introduce them to the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® tool. They will learn how to use different tools including flow theory, establishing game field rules, etiquette, pitfalls to avoid, and numerous applications in various scenarios that foster hand-brain connection. The theory is integrated with practice.
Day Two: Teams and Groups
The second day guides participants through individual and group processes while exploring personal identity and internalizing how this tool can be customized for various workshops or processes, including team workshops.
Day Three: Systems Landscape Development for Teams and Groups
The final day allows participants to understand how to use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® with identity kits and landscapes to recreate 3D models reflecting complex environments where elements like teams and projects interact, forming settings for real-time “play.” They will learn to design their workshops for flawless execution.
The program includes:
1. Manual and kit of pieces to start designing and developing workshops immediately!
2. Accredited training certification from a SPG Europe® Master Trainer in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodologies and materials.
3. Inclusion in the global list of certified LSP facilitators.
4. Lunches and snacks/coffee breaks in or near the venue to maximize time efficiency.
5. Communication strategy on ideas and tools to develop practice and initiate workshops. Professional guidance to confidently enter the market as a facilitator.
6. Unlimited post-course support and advice for better implementation of newly acquired knowledge.
