Program Summary
Day One: Fundamental Program
Participants will learn the basics of the methodology, providing an introduction to the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® tools. They will discover how to utilize various resources, including flow theory, setting guidelines for the playing field, etiquettes, pitfalls to avoid, and a multitude of applications across different scenarios to facilitate hand-brain connections. Theoretical knowledge will be integrated with practical exercises.
Day Two: Teams and Groups
The second day encourages participants to engage in a process exploring individual identity while personalizing the tool for various workshops or processes, including team workshops.
Day Three: Landscape and System Development for Teams and Groups
The final day enables participants to understand how to use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® for identity and landscape kits to create 3D models representing complex environments where elements like teams and projects interact, allowing real-time "play." They will learn how to design workshops for effective execution.
Program Includes:
1. A manual and a kit of pieces to start designing and developing workshops immediately.
2. Certified training accredited by an SPG Europe® Master Trainer in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodologies and materials.
3. Inclusion and registration on the global list of certified LSP facilitators.
4. Lunches and snacks/coffee breaks either in the room or nearby to maximize time.
5. Communication strategies regarding ideas and tools to develop practice and start workshops with professional guidance to ensure a smooth entry into the facilitator market.
6. Unlimited post-course support and advice to effectively implement newly acquired knowledge.
