Discover the art of Indian cooking and how to create an exquisite meal reminiscent of an Indian wedding
Participants will be guided by Minal, the Head Chef who previously trained under Gordon Ramsay, alongside her husband Bobby, who manages the Front of House.
The day will kick off with a brief introduction led by Bobby, followed by an overview of the dishes that Minal will demonstrate.
Attendees will then move into the kitchen for a visual feast, observing the preparation of various dishes while learning valuable chef's techniques and the intricacies of spice combinations, all within a professional kitchen atmosphere. This provides a unique opportunity to see a skilled chef at work and engage with her throughout the process.
Throughout the demonstration, Bobby and Minal will share their childhood memories of food and discuss the significance of their culinary heritage and the role food plays in Indian culture.
Guests will enjoy a sumptuous meal that includes appetizers, curries, rice, pickles, and dessert, prepared before their eyes.
There will be plenty of chances to return to the dining area, sample the creations, and jot down notes for future home cooking endeavors.
By the end of the day, each participant will receive a copy of 'Prashad at Home,' their second recipe book, along with a takeaway meal for one.
