Cancellation and Payment Policies
- All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
- A passport is mandatory for this trip.
- It is essential to register with the name as shown on the passport.
- Each participant needs to arrange their own flights to Sangster International Airport (MBJ)
- Flight details must be submitted to the agent 30 days before departure.
- Failure to submit flight details may require participants to secure their own roundtrip transportation.
- Travel Insurance options can be obtained through Allianz Insurance.
- Rates may vary.
- If monthly payments are missed, reservations may be canceled and all payments forfeited.
- A late fee of $50 will apply for payments received after the deadline (NO EXCEPTIONS).
- All communication related to this trip will be conducted via email, so a frequently checked email address is required.
