Monthly payments are necessary to maintain reservations.

$100 Initial Deposit – As soon as possible

$125 or more per person – Jan. 15, 2024 - April 15, 2025

Policies

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Each participant is accountable for their own airfare.
Flight itineraries must be provided 30 days before departure.
If flight itineraries are not submitted in time, guests must arrange their own transportation.
A passport is necessary for this trip.
Registration should be in the name appearing on the passport.
Travel Insurance is available through Allianz Insurance.
Making the initial deposit promptly is advisable to secure the listed rates.
Rates may increase.
Failure to make monthly payments could result in cancellation of reservations, forfeiting all payments made.
Timely payments from all roommates are essential to maintain lower occupancy rates.
A $50 late fee applies for payments received post-deadline (NO EXCEPTIONS).
