Payment Guidelines

• Monthly payments are necessary to maintain reservations.

$100 Initial Deposit – As soon as possible

$125 or more per person – Jan. 15, 2024 - April 15, 2025

ALL REMAINING BALANCES DUE, if any – MARCH 15, 2025

Policies

• All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• Each participant is accountable for their own airfare.
• Flight itineraries must be provided 30 days before departure.
• If flight itineraries are not submitted in time, guests must arrange their own transportation.
• A passport is necessary for this trip.
• Registration should be in the name appearing on the passport.
• Travel Insurance is available through Allianz Insurance.
• Making the initial deposit promptly is advisable to secure the listed rates.
• Rates may increase.
• Failure to make monthly payments could result in cancellation of reservations, forfeiting all payments made.
• Timely payments from all roommates are essential to maintain lower occupancy rates.
• A $50 late fee applies for payments received post-deadline (NO EXCEPTIONS).
