Why a 21-Day Commitment?

Building new habits takes time. Participants are encouraged to be patient and dedicate time to this journey. This free course allows attendees to experience just a few classes, after which they can choose to continue or withdraw if they wish.

Join the 21-day Kundalini Awakening community on Zoom from January 25th, 2025, to February 15th, 2025, at 8:45 PM daily. Recordings will be available on a YouTube channel for anyone unable to attend live sessions.

No prior meditation experience is required.

This course is organized by a dedicated group of Sahaja Yoga meditation volunteers who have been practicing and teaching since the 1970s.
