Established on September 28, 1947, it began as a local fraternity at Central Philippines College, now known as Central Philippines University. The fraternity expanded by launching a chapter at Iloilo City College in 1950 and has continued to grow since then.

This fraternity's primary objective is to bring together outstanding engineering students from various schools in Iloilo City, fostering collaboration towards a shared and noble purpose.
