Program Schedule :

Friday, December 27, 2024 – Arrival of participants in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Saturday, December 28, 2024 (Conference Day) – Activities include registration, opening and keynote speeches, as well as technical sessions.
Sunday, December 29, 2024 – Optional city visit for participants.

Terms & Conditions :

All registration fees are strictly non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
Participants must arrange their own visa (if needed), accommodation, meals, and transportation for the duration of the conference.
Once registration is complete and payment is verified, an invitation letter will be issued within 3 business days.

Any modifications due to minor errors in the invitation letter will incur a fee of US$50.

Are invitation letters available for visa purposes? Yes. Are registration fees refundable or transferable if attendance is not possible? All registration fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable. Are there supporting documents provided for the visa process? Supporting documents (Global Conference Alliance Inc Business License Copy, Certificate of Incorporation Copy, Better Business Bureau Accreditation Letter, and Conference Invitation Letter) are made available to assist with the visa applications. Is assistance offered for the visa process? Participants will receive conference-related documentation to help with visa procurement, but no direct assistance will be provided for visa processing.
