This conference delves into the historical significance of primary care within Europe. Under the theme "Family Medicine in the Heart of Europe - Welcoming Friends Across Borders," attendees will gain insights into the progression of primary care practices and their essential influence on the varied populations across the continent. The conference will honor the foundational work of previous practitioners, celebrate the teamwork among healthcare professionals, and dream of an innovative, inclusive future for primary care—where participants can feel at home among friends. The goal is to collaborate on building a healthier Europe through comprehensive and accessible primary care.

Participants will gather in a unique geographical area, learning from three distinct healthcare models, each offering valuable lessons and successes. The focus will be on achieving patient-centered excellence by aligning practices to ensure that every individual receives exceptional care.

The forum will be conducted in Easy English to accommodate a diverse audience and host team. Sustainability is a priority, with plans to provide scientific materials via online platforms as needed.

Ticket Information:

• Early bird: 160 €
  Book between May 1 and June 1, 2025, to save 40€ off the standard price.
  This fee includes refreshments and meals on designated days, access to the scientific program, a welcome reception, and a closing ceremony.
  
  
• Full price: 200 €
  This fee includes daily refreshments, lunch, access to the scientific program, a welcome reception, and a closing ceremony.
  
  
• Saturday Day-Pass: 90€
  This fee includes lunch and access to the scientific program.
  Accommodation and transport are not provided through the organizers.
  
  
• 50% discount for undergraduate medical students
  Extra tickets are available for undergraduate students at a discounted rate. This applies only to the event ticket. Proof of undergraduate status is required on-site.
  This fee includes refreshments and access to the program.
  
  
• No-Access ticket: 40€
  This option is available for accompanying persons who will not attend the congress. Booking accommodation and other social events remains an option.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations can be canceled for a full refund until November 14, 2024. A 50% refund will apply for cancellations made between November 15, 2024, and December 15, 2024. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after December 16, 2024. A processing fee of 20 € will be charged in all cases.
