HBCU & Black Alumni Reunion Weekend
The Memorial Day Getaway is a celebration that brings together black college culture with the lively atmosphere of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. This unique reunion is designed for HBCU alumni, Black college graduates, and members of Greek organizations, offering a chance to reconnect and meet new friends.
Over the course of six days and five nights, attendees will enjoy luxurious accommodations, exciting tropical excursions, and a variety of social activities. The festivities will include day and night parties featuring top DJs, hosts, and artists from the United States, making it an ideal way to celebrate Memorial Day Weekend.
Participation is open to everyone, regardless of HBCU affiliation!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Guests who have booked through the specified getaway will not need to purchase an all-access party pass, as it is already included in their package.
- If an alternative booking method was used, a party pass must be purchased for access to events.
- Party pass purchases are non-refundable and hold no cash value if unused.
- A photo ID and matching credit card will be required for document pickup related to party packages.
- A signature is required upon picking up party passes to confirm agreement to terms and conditions.
- Access to events requires a party pass.
- Party passes sold in the local area are priced at $400 each.
- Activities will occur at various venues, both on-site and off the resort property.
- Only registered guests at the resort can attend events occurring on the property.
- Non-registered guests may purchase a Day Pass for limited access to certain events.
- All guests are responsible for their food and beverage costs at off-resort events, with all-inclusive service available only at the resort properties.
- The organizers are not liable for any delays or rescheduling of events due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or conflicts with other activities.
- Group excursions are not included in the party package and are offered at an additional cost.
