This 21-day meditation program is designed to facilitate spiritual awakening through the practices of Sahaja Yoga Meditation. Participants will engage in daily sessions aimed at cleansing the inner self and discovering their innate energy, leading to enhanced balance, peace, and joy. As individuals partake in these practices, they can expect to gain greater awareness of their chakras, feel the spirit within, and foster personal virtues. This journey of self-discovery welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, whether or not they have prior experience in meditation.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn from a dedicated team of volunteers who have been practicing and teaching Sahaja Yoga meditation for many years. This approach was established in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, who sought to make meditation accessible and help individuals connect with a higher consciousness. The offering remains free of charge, focusing solely on personal commitment and sincerity towards one's spiritual growth.
The course runs from January 25th to February 15th, starting at 8:45 PM, allowing for a rearrangement of schedules to ensure participation. Daily sessions will be conducted via Zoom, with recordings available for those unable to attend all classes. Themes for each week will cover areas such as activating Kundalini energy, spiritual ascent, and achieving thoughtlessness through meditation.
