The candles are lit, and Fafa's legendary Christmas party is approaching - Join to learn about the aesthetics of the workday and how a facilitator can utilize it in their work! There will be delicious finger foods, bubbly drinks, inspiration, and engaging conversations with other like-minded facilitators. The venue is the beautiful and inspiring Valmentamo space in Lauttasaari.

A warm welcome awaits! They will raise a toast to facilitation and a pleasant evening while getting to know one another in an informal setting.

Sound bowl therapy from 5:15 PM to 5:45 PM

Anne Karilahti from Valmentamo will set the mood with relaxing and harmonizing sound bowl therapy. This meditative and calming moment helps participants to unwind from the everyday hustle and prepare for the evening in a focused and open mental state. The sound bowl therapy creates space for a deeper connection with oneself and the surrounding environment.

Aesthetics of the workday and facilitator well-being workshop from 5:45 PM to 7:15 PM

After the sound bowl therapy, Johanna Kiesiläinen-Riihelä will guide participants into the world of workday aesthetics. They will learn about fresh perspectives on workdays and seek concrete tips for designing their daily work. The presentation includes coaching exercises, stories, examples, and research data presented engagingly about the aesthetics of work life. They will also reflect together on what the beauty routines of a facilitator in their workday might look like.

Free inspiration and enjoyment of treats from 7:15 PM to 8:00 PM

The remainder of the evening will be reserved for socializing, enjoying treats, and seeking inspiration.
