This course invites participants to engage in a daily practice of Sahaja Yoga Meditation, focusing on cleansing and awakening the inner energy. Attendees will gradually notice improvements in their balance, peace, and joy, as well as a greater awareness of their chakras. It is an opportunity to embark on a spiritual journey alongside numerous individuals globally.
No previous experience in meditation or spiritual practices is required.
Course Organizer:
The program is hosted by dedicated volunteers with extensive experience in teaching Sahaja Yoga meditation, a practice founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970. This methodology aims to facilitate genuine meditation, enabling individuals to connect with their inner selves and experience universal consciousness. It is offered freely in over 100 countries.
Course Schedule:
The meditation course will take place from January 25th to February 15th at 8:45 PM. Participants are only required to commit their time and sincerity to their spiritual growth.
