This program invites individuals to engage in a transformative journey through daily practice. Participants will explore the potent methods of Sahaja Yoga Meditation, aimed at cleansing and fostering one’s inner energy. As they practice consistently, they will experience personal growth, leading to greater balance, peace, and joy. Many have joined others globally in this enriching spiritual endeavor.
No prior experience in meditation or spiritual awakening is required.
The course is facilitated by a devoted team of volunteers from Sahaja Yoga, who have been practicing and teaching this form of meditation for many years. Founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970, Sahaja Yoga empowers individuals to engage in true meditation effortlessly and connects them to a higher state of consciousness. It’s a widely practiced technique available for free in over 100 countries.
The 21-day course running from January 25 to February 15, at 8:45 PM is entirely free. The only requirement is a genuine commitment to personal growth.

If a participant misses a session, they will be able to catch up during one-on-one sessions on Sundays, and recordings will be accessible on the website.
