Tickets are transferrable until they are first redeemed at the event, regardless of the orderer's name. After redemption, tickets are no longer transferrable.

Sunday, December 8, 2024, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

This shop exclusively offers ENTRY TICKETS for this gathering. Additionally, each attending star will have a special shop featuring various extras, including AUTOGRAPH, SELFIE, and PHOTO tickets available separately.

Scanning and entry to the foyer via the north entrance will begin slightly earlier.

Children aged 0-11: Free admission when accompanied by a guardian. Age verification may be required.

Location: Messe Dortmund - Rheinlanddamm 200 - North Entrance - 44139 Dortmund

Access will be through the north entrance.

Notice: Attendees must adhere to the government regulations in effect at the time of the gathering. Changes to these regulations will take precedence, and such changes will not constitute grounds for cancellation.

All visitors aged 12 and above must possess an entry ticket.

This also applies to individuals with disabilities and their companions with the appropriate identification.

Once the gathering occurs, all tickets are non-refundable. Visitors should note that there is no statutory right of cancellation under the applicable laws. Star guests may cancel their appearances at any time due to various reasons, including personal circumstances. In such cases, related tickets will be refunded automatically. There are no refunds for entry tickets, including VIP or upgrade options.
