The Africa Automotive Show, endorsed by the African Association of Automotive Manufacturers (AAAM), will take place from September 4 - 10, 2025, in Algiers, Algeria, during the 4th Intra African Trade Fair (IATF2025). This event serves as a significant initiative for automotive economic development across the continent.
With a primary goal of fostering a pan-African automotive value chain, the show aims to enable African nations to engage in strategic trade as suppliers of essential materials and components, as well as energy solutions.
In 2023, the AAAM, along with the AfCFTA Secretariat and the African Union, devised the Africa Automotive Strategy, which will be prominently featured during the show.
Recognized by various governments and businesses throughout Africa, the automotive sector presents a tremendous opportunity for economic industrialization and systematic reform, particularly in job creation.
The Africa Automotive Show is hosted by Afreximbank, the African Union, and the AfCFTA Secretariat, and it will be held at the Palais des Expositions, Safex, Algiers, specifically in Pavilion B – Casbah Hall.
