Program Overview:
Day One: Fundamental Program
Participants will learn the fundamental aspects of the methodology. This training introduces them to the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® tool, covering various applications in different scenarios that facilitate hands-on engagement. Theoretical concepts are integrated with practical exercises to establish a solid foundation.
Day Two: Teams and Groups
The second day guides participants through both introspective and interactive processes, exploring individual identity while understanding how to customize the tool for various workshops or processes, including team workshops.
Day Three: Landscape and System Development for Teams and Groups
The final day enables participants to learn how to utilize LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® with identity and landscape kits to create 3D models that depict complex environments. These models illustrate the interaction of elements such as teams and projects, allowing for real-time engagement. Participants will design workshops for flawless execution.
