2025 Rotary Presidential Peace Conference

Info

The 2025 Rotary Presidential Peace Conference invites members, partners, and thought leaders from around the world to engage in a rich dialogue focused on peacebuilding. Over three days, participants will examine pressing issues such as healing divisions and fostering sustainable peace through interactive workshops and enlightening presentations.

This inspiring gathering, led by 2024-25 Rotary International President Stephanie Urchick, will celebrate the opening of the newest Rotary Peace Center, the Otto and Fran Walter Rotary Peace Center, in collaboration with Bahçeşehir University in Istanbul.

The conference is open to all—Rotary members, alumni, partners, and the public—who are passionate about promoting peace. Registration is ongoing until tickets sell out, and participants are encouraged to secure their spots as capacity is limited. A registration fee of €250 covers the program participation, a welcome reception, and meals on select days, while tickets for the conference dinner are available separately for €150.

Updates on the conference schedule, speakers, and session details can be found on the Rotary website. Interpretation services will be provided in multiple languages, and attendees are advised to bring their own headphones for convenience.

Business casual attire is suggested for the main conference, while formal or regional attire is recommended for the conference dinner. The venue, Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel and Conference Center, will host all sessions and provide accessible accommodations. Parking is available at the hotel for a fee.

For those interested in exploring Istanbul, there will be a variety of tours available, organized by the District 2420 Host Organization Committee. Participants can book these tours through the committee’s website.

In case of cancellation, the registration fee will be refunded; however, it is advised to check for visa requirements as they vary by country.
