Valle Fresco Eco Lodge is a family-run project situated in Constanza, Dominican Republic, known for its rich geography and fertile landscapes. This tranquil lodge offers five unique and cozy cabins surrounded by lush vegetable crops and beautiful flowers, perfect for those looking to retreat from urban life.

A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Mimi Matar graduated from law school and holds a master's degree in labor law. Now residing in the Dominican Republic, she is an entrepreneur actively involved in social movements. Her journey of questioning existence led her to training in NLP, emotional intelligence, and life coaching. Mimi is a systemic coach for organizations and has developed her skills in family systemic coaching and integrative coaching.
