Working World Exhibition 2025

Info

The Working World Exhibition is a significant career guidance initiative in South Africa.

This expo tackles the pressing issue of youth unemployment in the country, with strong support from various stakeholders.

Located in the Eastern Cape, an area grappling with high poverty and unemployment rates, this exhibition provides a dynamic platform aimed at empowering learners for future employment.

It offers an engaging experience where essential career guidance elements are presented interactively, allowing learners to connect with the content meaningfully.

Attendees can access a range of career resources, including insights from industry experts about careers facing skill shortages, scholarship opportunities, and entrepreneurship, as well as seminars and a Career Guidance Workbook. This makes it the largest gathering focused on careers and skills in South Africa.

The Workbook is integrated into the Grade 12 Life Orientation curriculum and is backed by the Department of Education. In collaboration with committed partners, the Working World Exhibition serves as a vital resource for equipping young individuals who are entering the workforce or facing unemployment.
