Program Overview
Day One: Foundations of the Program
Participants will learn the foundational knowledge of the methodology, which introduces the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® tool. They will understand how to use various tools, including flow theory, game setup rules, etiquette, potential pitfalls, and explore multiple applications across different scenarios to facilitate a mind-hand connection. Theory is intertwined with practice.
Day Two: Teams and Groups
The second day delves into the participants' experiences as they explore individual identity and learn how to customize the tool for various workshops, including team-based sessions.
Day Three: Landscape and Development of Systems for Teams and Groups
The final day allows participants to grasp how to use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® with identity kits and landscapes to create 3D models representing complex environments where elements like teams and projects interact in real-time scenarios. They will learn how to design workshops for optimal execution.
